NOTE: This architect is an off-shore architect and is not licensed in the states. We provide their services to you simply as an added value to help you save several thousand dollars, when a complete set of Architectural Plans (floorplan, electric, plumbing, and mechanical drawings) are required.

NOTE: If, for some reason, your planning department requires a local architect to sign off on your Architectural Plans, our Engineer can do that for a small fee ($300-$400) Most Planning departments will not require this, because the building itself is engineered and stamped. But we make this available to you if needed.
